Limelight is an award-winning lifestyle magazine for young people, by young people
“I was unemployed for a year and had never had a job interview until I joined Limelight. Now I have a job with great prospects.”
“Before joining Limelight I was finding it difficult to get work in the areas that interest me – media and music. Limelight boosted my CV highly and now I’m working on the biggest music magazine in the UK – The Fly.”
“I did a presentation on Limelight during a job interview for [Duty Free]. The interviewers liked the fact that I was enthusiastic about something I was doing on a voluntary basis. Being involved in Limelight definitely helped me get the job."

“I joined Limelight when I was 12 because I want to become a sports journalist. Within three months of joining the team I won a Jack Petchey outstanding achievement award for my interviews with double Olympic gold medallist Dame Kelly Holmes and rapper Professor Green.”

Youth unemployment in the UK has stubbornly hovered around the 1 million mark for nearly 10 years. What's needed is a national campaign to tackle this serious problem which is blighting the lives of so        many young people. In the absence of a national campaign, will you support Limelight, which has a track    record of helping young people get good jobs?                                                                                                                              Desmond Tutu, the  South African social rights activist, once said:
“Do your little bit of good where you are; it's those little bits of good put together that overwhelm the world.” By making a donation, you'll have a chance to do your "little bit of good" and give young people a chance to  find gainful employment. Below are some inspiring examples of the  difference your "little bit of good" will make.
